Take a look at the behind-the-scenes process of crafting a three-tier celebration cake that will be delivered this week.

The design was created based on the customer’s vision. The flavours include rich red velvet paired with chocolate buttercream, and my classic vanilla cake, which is incredibly moist and creamy! 😊

This cake measures 12, 10, and 8 inches, adorned with some delicate designs.

Cake has been filled, trimmed and will be coated in white chocolate ganache. Then covered with a thin layer of icing ( fondant).

This is a reflection on a single-tier vintage wedding cake I created last August. Wow! It feels like such a long time ago, yet it brings back such wonderful memories. 🥰

I vividly recall how my face lit up with a smile during that moment.

What makes it even more thrilling is that this cake has become a favorite on my Pinterest page.

I hadn’t explored Pinterest until I took a course at @thecakebusinessacademy. It’s quite the juggling act as a cake designer! 🤣🤣

👉 to see more of this beautiful heart cake was delivered last week . It was to celebrate J and L wedding ceremony. Very elegant and classic 🥰.
Flavour was a rich red velvet sponge with white buttercream.
The gysophilias were faux as we could not use real ones. We want to make it food safe.

It was designed as a fondant cake using Karen Davies mould and @katysuedesignscakes sue Lambeth wedding mould.

Pearls are a baker’s best friend 😊. I knew I was going to have pearls and sprinkles everywhere.

The technique is so therapeutic, just have your freshly smoothed buttercream cake on a cake stand, then throw the sugar Pearls and it just sticks to the buttercream.
I did put the stand in a tray so I can collect the ones that fell out of my hand.
I then had to make the board with the stamps. Then I dropped more ink on the letter’B’ but that was easy to wipe off.
Overall this chic and delicate design was fearlessly done 💃💃🎉🎉

At least two weeks’ notice is required for every order.

We will accommodate last minute orders depending on availability. Please note: orders are not confirmed without a deposit. A 50% deposit is required to secure your order as without a deposit we do not commence work.

Wedding bookings

for all wedding bookings we require at least three months notice. This is to enable us source materials and ensure your dream cake is bespoke in every way. A non-refundable retainer of £100 secures your date. This is to allow all interested customers a chance to book.
